Anahata is the heart chakra, the centre of opening, of love, of expansion and contraction. The name chose itself.

The roof opens and closes along the east-west axis, the path of the sun. As it opens, the vertical elements of the façade breathe with it, expanding where the roof expands, contracting where it contracts. The entire structure inhales and exhales. Nothing is fixed. Everything moves with intention.

This is not metaphor. This is architecture designed as a living body, where form follows the rhythm of breath, and the space itself teaches the practice it was built to hold.
